Tracka Privacy Policy
This simple policy explains how Tracka handles your information. Tracka is designed to keep your data in sync across your devices using Apple services. We do not run our own servers, sell data, or show ads.
What We Collect
- Lists, items, and wallpapers you create or import. These stay inside Apple iCloud private databases linked to your Apple ID.
- Purchase status (Tracka Pro) stored locally and synced through StoreKit to unlock features across devices.
- Optional custom wallpapers you add; they remain in your iCloud storage and on your devices.
- We do not collect personal contact details, location, analytics, or advertising identifiers.
How Data Sync Works
All list content, statuses, and settings are stored in Apple iCloud via CloudKit. Apple manages encryption in transit and at rest. If you choose not to use iCloud, Tracka stores data locally on the device, and sync is disabled.
Transfers to Third Parties
Tracka does not share any data with third parties beyond Apple services required for iCloud and in-app purchases. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Retention and Control
Your data remains until you delete it. Removing Tracka may leave data in iCloud; you can delete it manually through the app or iCloud settings. You control sharing by using or disabling iCloud on each device.
Children's Privacy
Tracka is not designed for children under 13. If we learn a child's data is stored without parental consent, we will help remove it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this document as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available inside the app and on our support site.
